This notice explains how Darani Web Solutions handles information submitted through this website.
Information Collected
When you send an enquiry by email or through a native Plutio form, we receive the responses you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company and problem details. For a planning call, Plutio collects your booking details, website URL and issue summary. Payment and refund references are used to reconcile bookings and any eligible one-time credit. Do not send passwords, API keys, card details or other sensitive customer data in an enquiry.
Purpose
Enquiry details are used to review your request, assess fit and reply manually by email. No response time is promised. Technical request information is also processed to operate the website and limit abuse.
Processors and Storage
Our hosting provider processes web requests to operate this website. Native enquiry form responses and planning-call bookings are handled and stored by Plutio. Plutio sends the owner a daily notification about new form responses; the owner reviews them and replies manually by email. Stripe processes booking payments and refunds, and Google Calendar and Google Meet provide calendar events and meeting links. Mailbox providers process enquiry replies and booking emails. Records are reviewed for deletion when no longer needed for service delivery, operational recovery or applicable legal and accounting obligations.
Technical Information and Abuse Prevention
The server processes the network address connecting to it and a hashed version of the submitted email address for temporary request limits. A network address may belong to a hosting proxy rather than identify you individually. Routine application logs record request status and reference information, not inquiry message contents. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own technical records.
Analytics and Tracking
When analytics is enabled for the published website, Replit-hosted analytics measures page views and selected link clicks, including enquiries, planning calls and sample reports. Custom events include only predefined page, placement and action categories, not names, email addresses, enquiry text or payment details. A click does not establish that an email was sent or a booking or payment completed. This application does not install advertising pixels. Form text is not retained in browser localStorage. Hosting-platform access controls may operate separately.
