Evidence first

Get a clear next step for a broken WordPress integration

When a client’s website stops passing enquiries, orders or data to another system, your agency needs more than another round of guesses. The WordPress Integration Assessment gives one defined problem focused engineering attention. Our engineer investigates the available evidence and documents what your team needs to make a repair decision.

FULL ASSESSMENT

WordPress Integration Assessment

CAD $1,200

CAD $1,200 covers one defined problem, with up to eight total hours covering investigation, documentation and the findings call combined. Repairs require separate scope and approval.

Timing is agreed before work begins, once scope, access and availability are confirmed.

Missing access, limited logs and third-party dependencies are recorded as part of the agreed work.

Included deliverables

  • Evidence of what is failing and which components are involved.
  • Supported conclusions, remaining unknowns and vendor dependencies.
  • Recommended repair options.
  • A scoped implementation estimate and testing plan.

Scope and next step

The CAD $1,200 fee covers one defined problem and up to eight total hours across investigation, documentation and the findings call combined. A confirmed root cause or completed repair is not guaranteed within that scope. If the evidence is incomplete, the findings explain what remains unresolved and what is needed next. Repairs require separate scope, quotation and approval.

When this helps

When this assessment is a useful first step

This service is designed for established WordPress agencies with a difficult client problem and insufficient senior engineering capacity to investigate it.

  • Enquiries are missing from the CRM. The form appears to work, but the expected record never arrives.
  • WooCommerce data is falling out of sync. Orders, inventory or status changes are not moving reliably between systems.
  • A custom plugin or integration broke after a change. An update, migration or configuration change may be involved, but the failure has not been isolated.
  • The problem crosses several systems. Application code, hosting, Cloudflare or a third-party API may each hold part of the evidence.
  • Responsibility is unclear. Your developer, host and software vendor disagree about where the problem sits.

The starting point is the failure your client experiences. We define a manageable investigation around it before work begins.

What you receive

Evidence for a repair decision

The assessment produces a written findings document and a call to walk through it. The document includes:

  1. The evidence gathered. What was inspected, what could be reproduced and which observations support the findings.
  2. Supported conclusions. What can reasonably be concluded from that evidence.
  3. Remaining unknowns. What could not be verified within the available time or access.
  4. Vendor dependencies. Information or action needed from a host, software provider or another party.
  5. Repair options. Practical next steps and the tradeoffs between them.
  6. An implementation estimate. Expected effort based on the findings, including assumptions and dependencies.
  7. A testing plan. How a proposed repair should be checked against the original failure and relevant related behavior.

This gives your agency a concrete basis for discussing the next step with its client.

    Investigate when needed

CAD $1,200 covers one defined problem, with up to eight total hours covering investigation, documentation and the findings call combined. Repairs require separate scope and approval.

Your CAD $49 planning-call fee is credited once toward the same customer’s first approved assessment or repair. Refunded payments and payments already used as a credit are not eligible. No expiry applies.

How the work starts

Define the investigation before work begins

1. Describe the problem

Share what should happen, what happens instead, the systems involved and any known change around the time the issue started. Include the business impact and your timing constraints. Please do not send passwords or customer data through the enquiry form.

2. Agree the scope and access

We confirm whether the assessment fits, define the single problem to investigate and agree the required access, start date and communication route. Any changes or reproduction work affecting a live system need an agreed approach.

3. Investigate and document

Milad examines the available evidence within the agreed scope. Missing access, limited logs or third-party dependencies are recorded so the findings distinguish what is known from what still needs investigation.

4. Review the findings and decide

The findings call explains the conclusions, unknowns, repair options, estimate and testing plan. Your agency decides whether to approve implementation, take the findings to its own team or work through a vendor dependency first.

01

REPAIR

Targeted implementation from findings

What this helps with

Once your agency has reviewed the findings and chosen a repair option, our engineer can implement and test the agreed work. Examples include correcting an integration payload, resolving custom-plugin compatibility or stabilizing an integration affected by a migration.

The separate quote defines the implementation, testing and handover for the named system. Work begins after approval.

Recognizable requests

  • Correcting an integration payload
  • stabilizing a migration
  • resolving a plugin compatibility issue.

What the engagement delivers

An agreed implementation, testing against the defined plan, and handover documentation for the named system.

Scope note

Use the findings to define the implementation, testing and handover for one agreed problem.

02

SUPPORT

Optional scheduled engineering

What this helps with

Where there is an ongoing need, agree planned work for selected plugins and integrations: compatibility reviews, upgrades and maintenance tied to a defined backlog. Ongoing engineering can be discussed when there is a suitable need. It is optional, scheduled and separately scoped.

The work, availability and responsibility boundaries are agreed in advance. Your agency retains routine client support.

Recognizable requests

  • Quarterly reviews of custom integrations
  • planned upgrades for major framework releases.

What the engagement delivers

Agreed maintenance work, compatibility checks, and documentation for named systems, subject to scope and availability.

Scope note

Plan maintenance for named systems with agreed work, availability and responsibility boundaries.

Built to work alongside your agency

You retain the client relationship and routine support. Darani Web Solutions provides the agreed specialist engineering work and coordinates through the communication route you choose. If a vendor or client needs to take part, that involvement is arranged with your agency. Any confidentiality or white-label requirements should be agreed before access is shared or work begins.

Scope and next steps

A bounded investigation, not an open-ended repair

CAD $1,200 covers one defined problem, with up to eight total hours covering investigation, documentation and the findings call combined. Repairs require separate scope and approval.

A confirmed root cause or completed repair is not guaranteed within that scope. If the evidence is incomplete, the findings explain what remains unresolved and what is needed next.

Implementation is separately quoted and requires approval. This service does not include unlimited development or emergency, 24-hour support. Timing is agreed before work begins, once scope, access and availability are confirmed.

Questions before you enquire

Questions before you enquire

Do you only investigate WooCommerce problems?

No. The assessment can also cover custom WordPress plugins, CRM connections and other API or infrastructure-related integration problems. We confirm fit and scope before accepting the work.

Can my team implement the findings?

Yes. The written findings, repair options and testing plan give your team information it can use. If you want our engineer to implement the repair, that work is separately quoted.

What if the issue turns out to depend on a vendor?

The findings record the evidence available, the dependency and the information or action needed from that vendor. Progress may depend on access or cooperation outside the assessment’s control.

Can we start with several problems?

The assessment focuses on one defined problem. If the enquiry includes several issues, we first agree which one to investigate and discuss separate scope where needed.

How soon can the assessment happen?

Timing is agreed before work begins, once scope, access and availability are confirmed.
